01/05/08 - Change 1

1. Many minor format changes to make Internet Explorer and Firefox produce similar looking pages.
2. Rewrite so that the "Restore Down" (page size change) minimizes objects on the page overlapping.
3. Correct cant knife discussion S/N range to match the values in the CT1 Knife writeup.
4. Clean up minor formatting and borders on the Knife, Sheath and Date Tables.
